The journey

Research, clinical practice, elite sport, teaching, public health. At every stage, a different environment — and the same observation: even the best expertise produces disappointing results when no one connects it.
Research & method
After my studies, I contributed to public research projects: clinical protocols and practical tools for healthcare professionals. That is where I learned to trace the cause rather than treat the signal.
High performance
In collaboration with IM2S, I worked with entrepreneurs and professional athletes. My first direct encounter with the cost of sustaining performance over time.
Integrative clinical practice
In Nice, across multidisciplinary clinics and university research settings, I refined an approach connecting physiology, functional nutrition, nervous system regulation and behavioural science.
Elite sport & health
Consultant for organisations connected with UEFA, professional football clubs, Bupa and the NHS. Two worlds that rarely speak to each other: elite sport and the healthcare system.
Research, teaching & leadership
Director of Performance Development and Coordination at C.R.A.T.T. in Montreal. I led interdisciplinary projects and developed advanced training programmes for healthcare professionals with Institut Kiné-Concept.
Multidisciplinary coordination
Work with clinics, public institutions and European organisations on occupational health, prevention and integrated health programmes.
Integration
PERFORMA began here. Seven environments led to one conclusion: expertise is everywhere. The connections between areas of expertise are not.
Each stage added a perspective. None was enough on its own.

He develops the initial hypothesis, sets the priority and takes responsibility for it throughout.

The journey
I grew up behind the scenes.
My father was a sports physiotherapist for forty years. From an early age, I saw everything that surrounds a sporting career: the discipline of training, the pressure of competition and the burdens beyond it that are rarely discussed.
Luxury hospitality, major international groups, the Yacht Club de Monaco — then eight years working with Ferrero’s executive committee: international conventions and events, teams spread across continents and time zones ranging from −8 to +8 hours within the same day.
Everywhere, the same rule: when someone needs to be at their best, nothing is left to chance.
Her role today
She works behind the scenes, with discretion and precision, so your attention stays focused on one thing.
Schedules, travel, competitions and relationships with federations, sponsors and partners.
