fonctionning is not performing
Being able to play again, run, lift, and train without pain: it’s important, but it’s only the beginning.
A body may seem “repaired,” and yet continue to resist.
Because it holds the memory of its injuries, protections, invisible tensions.
Because it has adapted, compensated, until it lost its natural fluidity.
At PERFORMA, our work doesn’t stop at putting a body back into motion.
Our mission is to help it become coherent, free, and available for performance again.

YOUR BODY IS A LIVING map
The body speaks.
Every tension, every blockage, every posture is a sign engraved in its memory.
A good practitioner doesn’t just correct the mechanics. They know how to read this invisible map to understand what the body is telling: the protections put in place, the accumulated imbalances, the past injuries.
My role is to decipher these messages, to understand the logic of your body, and then to support it so it can regain its fluidity and coherence.
Reprogram THE NERVOUS SYSTEM
A muscle can be healed, a joint stabilized. But if the nervous system keeps the memory of the injury, it continues to send protective signals.
Result: the body compensates, stiffens, conserves itself… and ends up limiting itself.
That’s why we work to reset these nervous patterns.
So the body no longer acts in defense, but in full availability.
It is this reprogramming that restores to the movement its precision, spontaneity, and natural power.
The forgotten role of the visceral
The body is not limited to muscles and joints.
The viscera, the diaphragm, and the internal tissues directly influence posture, breathing, and available energy.
A digestive constraint, a diaphragmatic tension, an internal scar… and the entire athletic movement can be disrupted.
By releasing these deep areas, we restore to the body a global stability, a smoother movement, and freer breathing.
It is a key element for restoring lasting balance.
the art of blending & of transmission
A standard protocol is never enough.
Every body is unique, every story different, every tension particular.
My approach is to blend all my skills, at every moment, according to what the body expresses.
Nothing is fixed, everything is orchestrated on demand.
Each gesture is chosen because it is the right one, here and now, for your body.
Freeing the body is one step.
But for me, transformation is only complete if the athlete also understands what is happening within.
That’s why I always share my interpretation of the body: what I read, what I understand, what your body expresses.
Because the more an athlete becomes aware of their patterns, the more they learn to know themselves, to protect themselves, and to strengthen themselves.
Awareness becomes a performance tool just as much as physical release.
