I’ve always had this instinct: to organize, anticipate, and transform what seems complicated into something simple and fluid.
My journey has taken me into environments where the standards are absolute: from prestigious hospitality to international corporations, through the Yacht Club of Monaco.
Everywhere, I learned one thing: nothing is left to chance when it comes to supporting individuals who must give their very best.
I then refined these skills for eight years within the executive committee of Ferrero. There, I orchestrated conventions and international events, coordinated teams spread across several continents, and managed, in the same day, time zones ranging from -8h to +8h.
This experience gave me solid organizational reflexes and an ease in handling complexity without losing precision.
If today I’ve chosen to put this know-how at the service of athletes, it is no coincidence. I grew up in this world: my father was a sports physiotherapist for forty years.
I’ve always known what the rigor of training means, the pressure of competition, but also the often heavy behind-the-scenes that surround a career.
What motivates me is deeply understanding the people I support, so I can anticipate their needs even before they express them.
At PERFORMA, I take care of all that invisible background noise: schedules, travel, competitions, relations with federations, sponsors, partners.
I work in the shadows, with discretion and precision, so that your mind stays free and focused solely on one thing: performing.
Because performance is not built in chaos, but in trust and fluidity.
